RENTAL RATES

Base rent: $1,500.00 per week for up to 2 couples.

$400 per week for each additional couple.

$100 per week for each kid under 14 (kids
over 14 counted as 1/2 couple each).

Monthly or seasonal rates to be negotiated.

Pets okay with damage deposit.
